Automatic Billing – EZ Pay Program
Pay the total reservation cost in full at time of purchase, or take advantage of our EZPay Program and pay your reservation cost over four equal installments.
With the EZ Pay Program, the lead guest’s credit card will be charged one-fourth of the total cost of the reservation at time of purchase, with the remaining balance charged in equal installments on Nov. 20, Dec. 20 and the final one on Jan. 20.
How does Automatic Billing (EZPay) work?
When paying in installments, enroll in Automatic Billing so that future payments are made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an even monthly payment plan with the first payment being charged when you book, the next on Nov. 20, then Dec. 20, and the final one on Jan. 20.
What are the advantages of Automatic Billing?
It’s convenient. Payments are automatic and evenly divided. No chance of forgetting to pay and being assessed a late fee.
What if my balance changes (i.e., I add an experience or upgrade my cabin)?
New purchases can be paid in full at Checkout. Patrons using EZ Pay should call ticketing Customer Service, 877-569-7767, in order to arrange for an updated balance for the next EZ Pay payment.
Will Tropical Nights remind me before I am charged?
The first payment is processed at Checkout. For patrons using EZ Pay payment plan, the remaining payments are charged on the 20th of November, December and January.
How many payments will I have and when will they be?
Patrons using EZ Pay payment plan will have four equal payments processed. The first at Checkout on the date of sale. The remaining payments will be charged on Nov. 20, Dec. 20 and Jan. 20.

Tropical Nights and its partners use high-integrity industry-standard protocol and procedures for credit card security.
What if my credit card is declined at the time of processing?
The issuing bank should be contacted by the patron. We are unable to “hold” an order for payment processing. If one of the EZPay Installments is unable to be processed, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you before canceling your order.
Can multiple people in a Room/Suite do automated billing?
