Can I request a room next to or near my friend or family member?

Can I extend my trip outside the dates of the event?



Tropical Nights offers you the option to extend your stay by 1 to 3 days, either before the event or after, depending on the Tropical Nights Adventure you are attending.  Extended Stays include $100.00 additional Complimentary Resort Credit per night per Room or Suite. Visit the AMP UP YOUR EXPERIENCE section on the Packages tab of your specific Adventure to see your choices for extended stay.



What types of payments are accepted?



We accept all major credit cards.



What information will I need to make a reservation?



You will need to select your desired Room/Suite type. In addition, you will need to know whether you plan to pay for your experience in its entirety up front, or if you will be choosing our “pay in installments” option. Finally, you will need your credit card number (with expiration date and card verification number), as well as the name and billing address on the card. You can purchase Experience Upgrades in later transactions after you’ve reserved your Room/Suite. (subject to space and availability)



What documents do I need for my trip?



If you are traveling to Mexico from the United States and are a U.S. Citizen, you will need to have a valid U.S. Passport.



What is included in the price?



Every Tropical Nights Package includes 4 nights lodging and access to the onsite concerts. All Packages also include access to all of Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya’s lavish Features and Amenities, including all-inclusive food and drink at the resort’s 12 restaurants and 10+ bars and lounges. A $400 Complimentary Resort Credit is also included with each Room/Suite Package. This credit is redeemable for Rock Spa® with anchor] treatments, World Class Golf, POSH®  Beauty Salon services, select Offsite Excursions, and more.



What is the cancellation policy?



All purchases are FINAL. You may transfer a reservation to another name for a fee of $75 until December 18th.



What is the policy for name changes?



Please email us at Name changes cost $75 are allowed until December 18th.



Can I upgrade/downgrade?



There are a variety of options for Upgrading your Tropical Nights experience. When choosing a Room/Suite, you can amp up your accommodations by selecting such features as Ocean Front, Stage Views, and more. These Room/Suite Upgrades must be selected when you first reserve a room, and cannot be changed.

In addition to a variety of Room and Suite types, you can choose to Upgrade Your Experience by adding on VIP Upgrades, Band Experiences, and more to your Packages. These Experience Upgrades can purchased after you book your Package. (subject to space and availability)

All purchases are non-refundable, so “downgrades” are not an option.

Do you offer travel insurance?



Yes! Once you book your package you will be given options to purchase Travel Insurance.



How does Automatic Billing work?



Enroll in Automatic Billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically.  When you book, we’ll calculate an even monthly payment plan and you’ll choose the day of the month you want your payments to be processed.  It’s that easy! Be sure to see the FAQ on Automatic Billing to get all of your questions answered!



What is the maximum number of Adults that can share one Room or Suite?



Maximum occupancy is 2 Adults per Room with a King Bed, 3 Adults per Room with two Double Beds, and 5 Adults per Suite.



Can I add a third adult to a Room, or a fifth adult to a Suite?



For a fee, one additional adult may be added to select rooms and to all suites.






Can you accept multiple credit card payments at the time of booking?



Yes! Call 888-805-8930 to use multiple credit cards.



What is not included in the price?



Airplane flights to and from Tropical Nights are not included in Room/Suite Packages. Add On options such as Extended Stays, VIP Upgrades,and Band Experiences are not included in Room/Suite Packages.

Select Resort Features & Amenities – such as Special Dining Experiences, Tequila and Wine Tastings, and Wine Upgrades, Offsite Excursions, POSH Beauty Salon, Rock Spa, and World Class Signature Golf – require an extra fee.

Complimentary Resort Credits are accepted for most.



Can you add name(s) to a reservation after booking?



Yes.  Each reservation is made using one name and one credit card.  We call that person the “lead guest.”  Accompanying Adults and Children can be changed/added to a reservation at any time by calling Guest Services at 888.805.8930. Maximum Room/Suite occupancies apply.



What is your policy for adding children to a reservation?



Up to two children may be added to Deluxe Gold rooms with Double Beds and all suites. Sorry, but children may not be added to Deluxe Platinum Rooms or Deluxe Gold rooms with King Beds only.




I am a single parent and am bringing children with me. If I have not reached the Standard Adult Occupancy, can I apply that adult slot towards one of my children?



Yes you may. Please contact Guest Services for more information.



Can I add additional nights to my stay AFTER I’ve already purchased?



Yes, you may. Contact Guest Services at 888.805.8930 and they will add it to your order.



Can I add additional adults or children AFTER I’ve already purchased?



Yes, you may. Contact Guest Services at 888.805.8930 and they will add it to your order.
